This movie/book series is about a boy, whose parents died in a fight against one of the most powerful wizards in all the land… As he grew up in a family of cruel, atrocious muggles (non-wizards/witches), he slowly develops fury at how they treat him, until a large, wise man enters their house, and announces that he is a wizard, who will have to join Hogwarts- one of the best witchcraft and wizardry schools in England. The almighty wizard who killed his parents is constantly on a quest to defeat the only soul to ever survive his formidable spell: Harry Potter. Throughout the series of eight stimulating movies, Harry learns more and more about himself and the exhilarating magic that he will learn later in his life.
The eight movies that I have watched are called:
HARRY POTTER AND THE PHILOSOPHER'S STONE
HARRY POTTER AND THE CHAMBER OF SECRETS
HARRY POTTER AND THE PISONER OF AZKABAN
HARRY POTTER AND THE GOBLET OF FIRE
HARRY POTTER AND THE ORDER OF THE PHOENIX
HARRY POTTER AND THE HALF-BLOOD PRINCE
HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS Part 1 and Part 2.
Personally, J.K Rowling is my favourite author (closely followed by Roald Dahl), because of the amazing book series that she has written. At Hogwarts- the witchcraft and wizardry school in which Harry himself attends- there are four houses: Griffindor, Slytherin, Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw. I recommend this series- especially because it is suitable for ALL ages.
