New Lunch Time Arrangements

Thank you to all of the parents who attended the information meeting about our new lunch and play time arrangements.

The rationale behind the move is to give the children more space to play in the playground, to help with better managing behaviour, encourage family eating and to build better relationships with mid day supervisor staff.

Children will be collected daily from their classrooms by their assigned dinner lady. Children will sit together as a year group and eat together. Nobody will be allowed to leave the dining hall early and the year group will leave as one after 20 minutes. Children won't be rushed and if they haven't finished their lunch in the 20 minutes, will stay behind until they have.

Please read the following below which lists in more details our plans.
