Medicines in School and Health Care

Please inform the school of any serious or ongoing medical problems that your child may have so that we are aware of any special requirements for your child.

Medication can be administered in school, Parents are required to complete and sign a medical record form which is available from the school office. Where we have agreed to medication being brought into school, it is essential that they are clearly marked with the child’s name and dosage and handed in to the school office for storage.
