Homework

Children are given homework appropriate to their needs and on a weekly basis. This may include reading, literacy or numeracy tasks, research for a topic or completing unfinished class work.

Homework should be regarded as a positive experience and an extension of their school work.

The school has an expectation that homework be completed on time and we ask parents for support with this.

Every child is supplied with a homework diary/reading record book. These may also be used by parents and teachers as a home-school liaison book.
