You may or may not have heard in the news about GDPR. If you haven't, GDPR is the acronym for the new data protection laws coming into force from 25th May.
These laws will effect organisations all over the country including schools. As a result, we are reviewing how we use and control data in our school.
One massive implication of the new legislation is receiving consent for school photos. After school today you will receive a new photo consent form. If you want your child to have any sort of school photo taken, we must have this form returned to school. If we don't, your child will miss out on class photos this year.
Thank you for your understanding and ,of course, if you have any further queries, don't hesitate to contact the office.
